SENIOR SCHOOL NEWS

 Senior Sub-School Report  

Firstly I would like to congratulate Mrs Bridges for becoming the Senior Sub School manager for 2015, as I move into the role of Daily Organisations. Mrs Bridges knows the students very well after being Year 10 Co-ordinator for the last couple of years and will do a great job.

Year 12 Exams

Well done to all Year 12 students who completed their final exams enthusiastically. Student dedication to these exams was pleasing to see. Thanks goes out to the staff as they dedicated much of their spare time in holidays, after school and during other breaks to support the preparation of our students.

Year 11 Exams & Orientation

All Year 11 students have been busy completing a rigorous end of year full of exams and orientation for 2015. Students have now experienced the VCE and should be preparing effectively for their senior years of study. It is highly advisable that all students get onto their booklists early and start reading their textbooks, completing holiday homework and getting organised for the coming year.

Year 10 Exams & Orientation

All Year 10 students have also now completed their exams for 2014 and will start their orientation next week. Attendance at orientation is compulsory and failure to attend might jeopardise students' positions in particular courses for 2015.

Year 12 Camp 2015

The annual Year 12 Study Camp will be held at Deakin Uni Warrnambool Campus from 28 January to 30 January. This camp is designed to address the needs of students studying in their final year of schooling in an enjoyable manner. There will be opportunities to improve organisation, study habits, build team cohesion, guest speakers and more. All Year 12 students are encouraged to attend and they have all been given the documentation required for signing up to the camp. All deposits and preliminary forms are now due. If there are any questions around aspects of the camp please contact either myself or Mrs Bridges (Senior Sub School Manager 2015) or Ms Massow.
