ABOUT?
It was a fairly full 2 days, the Tuesday being the Introduction to Lib Guides showing great examples of how Lib Guides can enhance our Library. Day 2 was more in-depth with lots of hands on opportunities covering many topics such as how to create subject, course or topic guides. Showed great examples of Lib Guides being used as the Library Home Page

Michelle Lustig & Sara Pawlek from Springshare (USA)
RESOURCES?
Lots of tips on using widgets : instead of having a cluttered live page using widgets & tabs creates simple pages with links to other pages
RECOMMENDED?
Yes I would recommend it to anyone working in a School Library
COMMENTS?
During the 2 days there was a lot of emphasis on presentation, explaining that the average person spends 15 seconds on a webpage so simple but eye catching is the best way to get the message across…what they called Making Impactful Guides
