This session went over preparing students for the SAT, the new marking scheme and the guidelines for authentication

VATTT Conference

The main keynote presentations were examinations of the World Behind the Text from a Jewish, a Christian and an Islamic perspective.

The workshops were literary forms and techniques, introductory sessions for teachers new to Texts and Traditions, and Scripture and Art.

Information was mostly a reaffirmation of what we have been teaching/using in class. We also have an electronic copy of the presentations if anyone is interested, although the documents are very brief. Either Karen or Andrea can assist in providing specific information for those interested.

The most useful resources were regarding the concept of the world of the text, the world behind the text and the world in front of the text.
