Thank You
The most important section to our news this week is to send out a heart felt thanks to all the P&C members and the volunteers for every minute they’ve spared in 2021. In particular, Amanda Grist and Michelle Carlin who have both been dedicated executive members for a number of years and will be moving out of their positions as Vice President and Treasurer in 2022. I too, will be moving from my position as President and I wish all the new members the best of luck as we look toward the AGM in March. It is here the new committee will be elected and I would like to encourage many new faces to join the incoming team as it is sounding pretty special.
With planning for 2022 now complete we can reveal that there are many things in the pipeline for next year, which will mean some exciting events at our school. We look forward to a great collective effort in making them happen from our Tally community.
Tally Way Day
Our annual Tally Way Day was today and all students were able to enjoy pizza and treats delivered directly to their classrooms on behalf of our P&C and Tally Prosperity Partners. It’s truly wonderful to be able to supply this for our students as an end of year celebration - so thank you to everyone who has helped make it happen for the second year in a row.
Book Club
Book Club has closed for the year and all orders have been issued to classroom teachers.
Tally Partnerships
Last year our P&C were lucky enough to begin and form some wonderful partnerships with a few local businesses through sponsorship of the work of the P&C.
Through our Tally Prosperity Partnership program, tiered sponsor packages are available for any business wanting to create joint benefits alongside our jam-packed event calendar and social media platform - and of course tap into the community spirit Tallebudgera is known and loved for.
