INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC

That’s a wrap for 2021!

Congratulations to everyone in our music program this year, particularly those who performed in the Instrumental Music Concert on Monday 13 December.  It was fabulous to be able to perform for an audience – it’s been a while.

It is with much sadness that we are saying goodbye to our piano teacher, Shai and brass teacher, Katy. We wish them well and thank them both for their hard work here at LHS. You will both be missed.

In 2022, we will be welcoming Katy and Shai’s replacements – Mr Quinn Kellock who will be teaching brass and Miss Emma Jury, piano.

Amy Cumming

Finally, I would like to say a big thank you to Amy Cumming for her tireless work co-coordinating with me over the last 4 years.  Amy is taking a break from this role, but will still be around teaching classroom music and supporting our department with her musical knowledge and expertise.

On behalf of our wonderful Instrumental Music teachers and Amy Cumming, have a wonderful Christmas with family and friends and a restful break (if you can).
