Senior Badminton 

On a cold Thursday in April, students from Wantirna College headed off to the Kilsyth Badminton Centre loaded up with racquets, shuttlecocks and a glint in their eye.  There were three schools at the event, but the competition was full with many teams from each school.  The girls played well with 2 wins and 1 loss.  The day was quite tiring as each match consisted of 4 singles and 2 double games.  The boys had 3 teams and spent a lot of the day playing against each other.  Overall our Boys A team was the winner of the day and will be progressing to the next level. We had a great day with good sportsmanship and enjoyable badminton.
