Dear all,

Last week we hosted an amazing event for Father’s Day. It was great to see so many of you there. Congratulations to all the winners of our raffle.

As usual there are plenty of people to thank. There is a lot of work that we put into every event, from planning, sourcing, leasing with suppliers, writing information and sharing it with the community, shopping, setting up, running of each event to packing up and reporting. 

Let’s not forget that all of this is done by volunteers, parents at school who like everyone have jobs and families to look after. I know all too well how much work and sacrifice it takes to organize each event so I feel very grateful for every helping hand. On that note, I’d like to say a huge thanks to all of the mums that helped us on the day: Louisa, Juliette, Grace, Joyce, Amy, Martha, Claudette, Angela, Karen, Charmaine, Pooja and Sam. And massive special thanks goes to Emilio for helping us with all the heavy lifting on the morning and setting up the BBQ. 

As always thank you to Cathy, Anthony and all our teachers for the support with the event and help with organizing the presents for dads. Last but not least a special thanks to Louisa for spending days with me preparing the event, running around buying things and all of her hard work for this community. 

It was a great event and I hope everyone else thinks so too.

We will have the UNIFORM SHOP open next week on TUESDAY THE 13th OF SEPTEMBER. It’ll run from 3pm to 3.30pm. The uniform shop will also be open for the first two Tuesdays in Term 4.

Next term we are going to be transitioning into the Summer Uniform so now is the time to stock up or bring the things that your kids have grown out of. We will be very grateful for your donations.

Next Term will again be full of events and fun things to do. The planning is well underway.
