ORGANISATION is the healthy habit for the next two weeks.

 

Being organised means having things you need and knowing where to find them. When you're organised, you don't have to spend time looking for things and getting side-tracked.

 

Some things you could do to help with organisation is:

- Break tasks into chunks                                                           

- Make checklists and to do lists

- Learn and use time management skills

- Establish daily routines

- Think ahead and plan
