Athletics

Due to recent rain and the conditions at Jack Eddy oval, we made the decision to cancel our School Athletics. The safety of our students is paramount, and the conditions were not deemed safe for the activities of the athletics.

In order to ensure students could still participate in the Campaspe level on Tuesday 6 September in Shepparton, they were given the opportunity to sign up for their preferred event. It was great to see so many students sign up and show up to these try outs.

The final Campaspe Athletics team will be finalised by Thursday 1 September and students and parents advised. 

We thank all our students who have nominated, tried out and qualified for Campaspe round under very different circumstances. They have demonstrated a great attitude to change!

The LMR Round for those who qualify will be held on Thursday 6 October. Good luck next week!

Basketball

We would like to wish our Year 7 and Intermediate boys and girls basketball teams good luck when they play in Echuca today (Thursday 1 September) in the Campaspe round.  There have been a number of practice sessions at lunchtime and we are excited to see them take the court!

Cricket

The Intermediate boys cricket team has been selected and are looking forward to Round 1 against Echuca College on Thursday 8 September.  Good luck boys!

Upcoming Sport     

Sign ups are currently on SIMON for Junior boys cricket, and Year 7, 8 and Intermediate girls cricket.  These close next week and competition is next term.  We look forward to the selection process for these students!
