Last week for PE the Grade 3 to 6 students created their own HIIT workouts. 

 

They did a great job with this task, working out the work to rest ratio to suit their level of fitness and including a variety of challenging and engaging exercises. 

 

I've shared a great workout here which was created by Xavier M in 4B.
