Big Bake Off Luncheon

Year 11 Food Science & Technology students Charlotte Brown, Tahlia Wilson, Kale Bowen, Alphy George, Alise SImmons and Hayden Acott prepared a variety of sweet and savoury baked delicacies for their assessment task. Each student invited a guest to join them for lunch and evaluate their baking skills. Mrs Silva, Miss Hughes, Mr Mecham, Miss Hall, Mrs Dorfling and Ms Lim were very happy to attend and be taste testers and offer their constructive feedback. 

It was a very enjoyable end to Term 3 and, with Mrs Allard’s assistance to set and pack up, the luncheon was a huge success. Well done Year 11s. I am very proud of all your preparation and presentation skills demonstrated on the day.
