Project Compassion 2022

Love Everyone Now and Tomorrow.

You CAN help us!

Each year, during Lent, many Catholic schools donate money to CARITAS during 'Project Compassion'. St John Vianney's is proud to be one of these schools. We believe that being part of this wonderful initiative gives our students an opportunity to give alms/be generous to those in need.  Father Eric says: LENT stands for Love Everyone Now and Tomorrow.

We ask that your family try to collect coins to put in the Caritas collection box. We will ask for all boxes to be returned regularly and the contents to be added to the big Caritas boxes in the classroom. All donations will be sent to CARITAS.

As part of the RE program, students will learn about some of the CARITAS initiatives during the term. Further information can be found on: https://www.caritas.org.au/project-compassion/
