Sentral Calendar
Dear CEPS families
We are pleased to announce the publication of a School Community Calendar to help families with planning for upcoming events.
There are three ways to look at the calendar - choose the one that suits you (see the attachment for screenshot assistance):
1. SENTRAL - Updated to allow users to see a list of upcoming events:
- If you access the parent portal via a desktop computer or using the URL on your mobile device, you will see a list of upcoming events listed on the right-hand side of your home page.
- If you access Sentral via the app on your phone, there is a calendar button that will take you to a monthly list of upcoming events
2. WEBSITE - A new calendar option has been enabled:
- The front page of our school website lists upcoming events for the week ahead. Clicking the yellow calendar button takes you a live calendar synced to Sentral that you can scroll through month by month
3. NEWSLETTER - A new link:
- Takes you to the School Community Calendar where you can choose to view upcoming events via day, week, month or term.
We have included information in relation to upcoming whole school events, as well as individual year level excursions (with cost estimates) to assist families with forward planning.
Please be aware that there are events in the latter part of the year that are still being confirmed and may be subject to change. Please contact the school via email for clarification if you are making any plans based on activities listed in Terms 3 & 4 that rely on the accuracy of the information listed.
We hope that families find this calendar useful.
