Change take home readers

Home learning books will be coming home in Week 2. Students can continue to read on Wushka and complete tasks on Matific along side home learning.

ANZAC Day

This week we commemorated ANZAC day. On Monday the children read the story ANZAC biscuits and then made anzac biscuits following a recipe.

The children also work collaboratively to create an artwork in memory of the soliders who fought in the war at Gallipoli. 

Respectful Relationships

This term we are focusing on personal strengths and how we can use our strengths when we are working together collaboratively. Yesterday the children had to work as a team to get a pencil from one side of the room to the other without holding it. The children had to show some of the following qualities and many more
