Modern Choir

Upcoming Public Performance, Term 2

This term, the Modern Choir will select two more songs to learn. We have also been booked to sing at the City of Port Phillip Citizenship Ceremony (venue TBA) on Thursday 15th June. Please put the date in your family calendar! 

Details will follow closer to the time, but in the meantime, please revise or learn the words to I Am Australian, Give Us Hope and Advance Australia Fair (2 verses). 

All songs and lyrics can be found in the Modern Choir 2023 Google Classroom so you can practice at home in preparation for rehearsals at school.

Choir rehearsals take place on Tuesday lunchtimes in the Music Room. 

Anyone in Year 3 – 6 is welcome to join as we prepare for this public performance, so turn up on Tuesdays!
