Year 10 Wellbeing Day

On Thursday 4 August, our Year 10 students participated in a variety of wellbeing activities to provide them with the tools to identify and minimise negative thoughts (Thinking Traps), to stay safe in our community (Self Defence) and prepare them for a lifetime of safe driving (Road Smart). The Bubble Soccer was a highlight with fun team building games!

Student Reflection

Wellbeing day has always been a good opportunity for students to have a day to focus on their health: physically, mentally, and emotionally. This year’s Wellbeing Day for the Year 10s included many activities, such as a hands-on workshop on managing emotions, bubble soccer, a self-defense class and a presentation on safe driving skills. These helped us do something healthy and fun with our classmates.
