Prayer

As many of our students make choices for subject selection we pray that God’s Spirit of Wisdom is with them so that they choose a pathway that will celebrate their talents and help them serve the community.

Prayer

At times, there is a great  challenge that we face Lord, 

Give us the fortitude to constantly recognise our gifts, 

Help us to be to be brave enough to chase our wildest and broadest dreams, 

May we produce builders who never stop singing, 

Lawyers with love in their hearts, 

Tradespeople who dance and 

Chefs who see flavour in all that life has to offer. 

May our scientists never stop looking to the stars in awe, 

May our doctors listen to Mozart daily 

and may our mathematicians lose all sense of time in art galleries. 

Let us create sportspeople  who read poetry, 

Engineers who talk to their mothers on the phone for hours, 

May our work and the lives  be guided by your love

May your love guide us  to sunsets beyond our reckoning. 

We ask this of you, Christ,

our Lord, for our students of yesterday, today and tomorrow
