The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The survey is to be completed by one parent/carer per family. We hope all families are able to complete this survey. Surveys are to be completed by Friday 16th June 2023 by 4:30pm.

Semester One Student Reports will be published in Week 9 via COMPASS.
Parents, this is a special time for you to praise the efforts of your child for the school year. The level of effort a child puts into their work is important to acknowledge in addition to the level of performance grade awarded. Praise this where appropriate.
Parent teacher interviews to discuss your child’s Semester One report can be scheduled via the COMPASS portal. Interviews will take place in Week 10 on Wednesday 28th June commencing at 12.00pm - 6.30pm. Students will remain at school until normal dismissal time.
The interviews are 10 minutes in duration.
Students from Years 3 to 6 are invited to attend the interview. Please have this conversation with your child/ren if you would like them to attend the interview and inform them of the scheduled appointment time.
The interview booking schedule will be available for parents via COMPASS from Friday 16th June.
Please log onto COMPASS to access Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences. You will also receive a welcome message on your COMPASS homepage that invites you to click on to access Parent/Teacher/Student Interview bookings; you will have two options - To Book An Interview or Show Me How To Book. Click on the "how to" guide below.

Parents please ensure that your child is coming to school wearing the correct winter uniform. This includes boys wearing long sleeve shirts with long pants/shorts, grey socks and black school shoes.
Girls are to wear their winter tunic/navy pants with navy socks or tights and black school shoes.
The school’s sports uniform is only to be worn on scheduled sports days. Students are to wear white or black sport shoes with white sports socks.
Parents please be reminded that Our Lady of Fatima is a nut-free school and with many students having a variety of allergies it is recommended that lolly bags, chocolates etc are NOT sent to school for birthdays.
