Athletics

Athletics day was the final opportunity for the Year 12 class of 2023 to get involved in inter-house sports.  I would like to acknowledge the contributions made by the majority of the Year 12's on the day.  They demonstrated true leadership and resilience, which inspired many of their younger peers.

Tertiary Information Service (TIS) and VTAC notice

The Year 12 students also visited Charlton Park on Monday to attend the TIS session.  Here, they had the opportunity to speak with Tertiary course providers, and hear about the VTAC application process.

VTAC is the service that enables students to apply for a number of tertiary courses, including almost all Victorian Universities and some Vocational institutions.  VTAC opens on Monday 31st July 2023.  Students wanting to apply for courses through VTAC will be required to attend an information session with Miss King, to occur in the first week of August, to start their account.

Year 10 subject selections

Today, some of the Year 10 students started engaging in individual conversations regarding their pathways.  Subject selection preference forms are due on Friday 18th August, which is only one month away.  Please encourage your Year 10 child to discuss their pathway at home, as this is a very important decision to make regarding their future.
