What a fabulous start to SAKG the Years 3 and 4 have made! This week was our first kitchen session. After revising the different chopping techniques, we made Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls. We cut up carrots and cucumber using the bridge method and coriander using the rock and chop method. It was fantastic to see the students remember knife safety from last year! If any parents/grandparents/friends would like to join us on a Tuesday (approx 12.00-2:00pm, no weekly commitment) please let the office know. We love to have 'Vollie's' join us!
