Dear Students, Parents, Carers and Families

DISCOVERY CELEBRATIONDAY!

You are all warmly invited to visit your child’s classroom next Thursday the 22nd June between 2.30pm- 3.15pm to find out about the specific learning the students have undertaken during Discovery Inquiry sessions this term.

Discovery learning takes Inquiry to an even deeper and holistic level. It has been developed as a transformational process that allows students to deepen their understanding of themselves, others, and their world. This leads to students creating endless opportunities to develop real-world authentic solutions to issues that they care about.

Foundation: LIFE - Why care?

Year 1 and 2: SUSTAINABILITY – What matters?

Year 3 and 4: ENTERPRISE – How can we improve? 

Year 5 and 6: ENTERPRISE - Why do our choices matter?

This provides an opportunity for all students to share their wonderful work and knowledge with their parents, carers and other members of our school community.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday afternoon from 2.30pm.

PREMIER'S READING CHALLENGE

Well done to all students who have added to their tally of books read for the Premier’s Reading Challenge this week! 

It has been great to read the reviews students have written about the books they have read and see some of their favourites!
