Year 7 Sport - Round Robin 27 March

Another fantastic day and well done to our new Year 7s who competed in their first sports competition of the year. Special mention to the following teams who came first and have gone through to the next round:  Year 7 Tennis and Year 7 Cricket.

Year 7 Tennis

On Monday 27 March two teams of Year 7 tennis players headed off to Dendy Park despite the inclement weather. All students were amazing on the day and showed great sportsmanship in all of their games. The teams were coached by Joanne K and Caitlyn S from Year 10 and I would like to thank them for their support and advice to the players throughout the day.

The A team of Bianca P, Ingrid M, Samaya K and Melody M were overall winners and go through to the Metro finals. The B team players were Zara E, Leticia H, Evangeline S and Aarya P.

Congratulations to all players – you did a great job representing MGSC.
