Year 7 camp

Expectations were high for our first high school camp, and they were fulfilled. Our camp at Arrabri Lodge was nothing less than fantastic. The towering giant swing wasn’t for everyone, but you couldn't say the same for the fantastic meals we had! Due to the sweltering heat, every activity group was looking forward to their pool session, and it did not fail to refresh us. Gold panning in the yarra river was spectacular, although there was more splashing around than actually panning for gold! Low ropes and sensory trails provided a relaxing activity to get to know one another in our groups, and make new friendships. The year 10’s did a fantastic job guiding us through incentives, archery and mini golf. To top it off, our night activities as a whole cohort were so fun, including fast paced bush dancing and a night walk. We all had our eyes out for Gigglewart! Our camp was so fun, and has created fond memories and friendships that will foresee us to the end of school. What a way to start year 7!
