Year 12 Uni Ready Chemistry

The Year 12 Chemistry Uni Ready students undergoing an assessment on laboratory skills. 

The investigation involved determining the vitamin C concentration in a sample of orange juice consumed here at the school. Students were required to set up and perform a titration experiment that allows them to determine how much vitamin C is in a sample and compare it to the concentration stated on the label. This work needed to be very precise to ensure the validity of the experiment (to within 0.1mL variation). 

What a great way to enhance their skills while working within a laboratory environment.
