Interim Reports, Parent/Teacher Interviews and End of Term

As mentioned in an earlier edition of the Weekly Wrap, the interim reports will be made available to parents on Wednesday 29th March. The interview booking process will become available on Thursday 30th March at 6.00am through until 8.00am Wednesday 5th April. 

Parent/teacher interviews are scheduled for Thursday 6th April from 10.00am to 1.40pm for Face to Face Interviews and 2.00pm to 3.10pm for Phone Interviews. 

Details in relation to the booking process will be provided next week when the reports are made available. It is expected that students are in attendance at the Face to Face interviews with their parent/guardian. 

Once a student’s interviews are complete, they are eligible to leave the College following the standard leave process.

The last day of Term 1 for students is Thursday 6th April. Students will attend classes as per normal for Period 1 and 2. Students not having interviews are eligible to go on leave as from 10.00am, following the standard leave process. Students not having interviews and remaining at the College will be supervised and are able to depart from 2.25pm.

NAPLAN Data

If they haven't already done so, could parents whose child attended a private school in 2022 as a Year 9 student, please email their NAPLAN Report to bill.stewart@education.wa.edu.au

The data is important in supporting current Year 10 students in addressing their pathway plans as part of the goal setting exercise.

OLNA

OLNA testing has finished for the Year 11 and 12 cohorts.  Year 10 students will be required to sit those domains that they have not already passed next term. The domains are Reading, Writing and Numeracy.
