HRIS Tennis

On Friday 18th October three Calrossy students participated in the HRIS Tennis Gala Day and Selection Trials. We are so proud of their efforts with Archie McMaster finishing 3rd in the Year 5 Boys age group, Albert Smyth finishing 3rd in the Year 6 Boys age group and Alli Morris winning the Year 6 Girls Age group.

Archie McMaster will now represent HRIS at the CIS selection trials next year. Calrossy came 4th overall in the competition which is amazing considering we had only three of the allowed four students participating.

Water Polo 2019

Calrossy had three teams compete in the Tamworth Water Polo competition on Monday 21st October. Many of the girls had never played but picked up the basic skills and game rules very quickly. There are now four teams in the under 15 years competition and Calrossy are providing three of them.  I look forward to seeing our teams' improvement as the year progresses. Pool space is currently at a premium in Tamworth which has made organising training a difficult task, however plans are well underway to book a venue.

Cricket Wiburd and Douglas Shield Cricket

Thank you to Mr Wilson and Mr Mepham for conducting a very successful trial afternoon to select our Douglas and Wiburd Shield teams.

Congratulations to the following players on their selection.
