Whole School Assembly

The next Whole School Assembly will be held at 2.40pm on Friday, 9th March.  Awards for Weeks 5 and 6 will be presented at this assembly.  4K will be presenting this assembly.

School Fees

A reminder that school fees are due tomorrow, Thursday 8th March 2018.  Your prompt attention to finalising this term's fees would be appreciated.  Thank you to those families who have already made payment.

ICAS

Students in Year 3-6 each received a letter regarding ICAS this week. Below the assessments available at St Mary's are listed along with the competition sitting dates. The cost amount of each assessment was on the note that went home.   A copy of this note is available on the Skoolbag App and also below.

In order to meet the deadlines for entry could the reply slip please be returned, with payment, by Friday 16th March.  Payment and notes can be returned by QKR as well.

St Mary's Playgroup - Commencing Friday 9th March

The Playgroup meets on Fridays of school terms from 9.30 am – 11.30 am in the Infants Activity Room in the St Anne’s Hall 

⭐️Entry is via Jessie Street, through the outside entrance at the south of the building.

⭐️All children from 0 to school age and their parents/grandparents/carers are invited to attend and share a craft activity and a “cuppa” with other families.

⭐️Families do not need to be associated with the school to attend.

⭐️The Playgroup is affiliated with the Playgroup NSW and there is a membership fee for families attending playgroup $2 per week.

O'Connor Catholic College - Enrolments for Year 7, 2019 close Monday April 9 2018

O'Connor Catholic College extends an invitation for students seeking enrolment into Year 7 in 2019. The first round of Year 7 applications for this year will close on Monday 9 April. Fully completed application forms and the $50 application fee need to be lodged at the College on or before Monday 9 April.

After this date, the College will open up applications to the wider community. Contact the Enrolment Officer, Mrs Gemma Creagan, on 6772 1666 or gcreagan@oconnor.nsw.edu.au for an application pack and/or more information.

Woolworths Earn and Learn

Last year St Mary's participated in the Woolworths Earn and Learn sticker program.  Our equipment ordered from this program arrived this week.  

Coles Sports for Schools

St Mary's is currently participating in the Coles Sports for Schools program.  There is a voucher box in our school foyer and also one at the front of the Coles Supermarket.  

At Wednesday 28th February, we have collected 8215 vouchers.  This program runs until early April.  It would be amazing if we could get to 20 000 vouchers by then!
