Student Wellbeing
Numurkah Primary School student’s wellbeing and their sense of belonging and connectedness to school will influence their learning, engagement and general achievement outcomes. The engagement of our students, including attendance and participation in school activities, goes a long way towards supporting and helping to shape their experiences at school. Our students, staff, Parents & Friends, School Council, and school community, are always trying to think of new ways in which to support our students wellbeing at school. A few examples of Student Wellbeing at NPS include:
- School Values – We are Learners, Carers, Responsible & Respectful
- Bully Stoppers
- Life Education Van
- Personal Development Sessions (Yr 5-6)
- Breakfast Club
- Camps & Excursions
- Sports Programs
