Parents & Friends AGM and General Meeting

The Parents & Friends Annual General Meeting was held yesterday, Wednesday 14th February at 9am. New office bearers were elected for the coming year. We would like to welcome the following office bearers -

President - Tracey Bannon

Secretary - Natalie Hester (ongoing from 2017)

Treasurer - Cynthia Morgan

There was a good representation of existing and new members at the meeting and we would like to welcome families to come along and be involved throughout the year. There are a number of different activities and fundraisers planned throughout the year. We encourage parents to become involved as events planned and run by the P&F benefit all students within the school.

Fundraising events for each term were discussed. Starting of this term with the Fete, 5c Challenge and a BBQ at the swimming sports. Please look out in upcoming newsletters for more details about each event.

Fete

Friday 23rd March 5pm - 7:30pm

Come along for a fantastic evening! There will be lots of activities/stalls for all the family! The following activities/stalls are just some of the suggestions -

Now is a good time to have a clean out at home in preparation for our Jumble Sale! Donations of unwanted toys, books, clothes, shoes, bags etc in good clean condition are welcomed. We are also in need of plastic bags, and ice-cream containers please.

Fete Meeting

The next Fete meeting will be held on Friday 23rd February at 9 am in the Staff Room. If you have any suggestions or are able to help out with the Fete please come along to the meeting.
