Year 1 and 2 students have been looking at how artists use facial expressions, colour and shape to portray emotions in art. They each chose an emotion to represent in their ‘crazy hair’ portraits and used colour to help set the tone.  

Performing Arts 

Year 2 students have been learning about musical elements in Performing Arts sessions – during Week 1 they learnt about Dynamics and during Week 2, Pitch. Here are some photos of 2C exploring pitch using metallophones.
