Interschool Sports Results

What a terrific start to our Summer Interschool Sport Competition for 2023! We are extremely proud of the way all of our students have conducted themselves, showing great sportsmanship and some wonderful performances in Round 1 against Hampton PS last week. This term students are competing in the following summer sports: Hot Shots Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, Lacrosse, TBall and OzTag.

BRPS House Swimming Carnival

On Wednesday the 22nd of February, the Year Four, Five and Six students came together for the annual House Swimming Carnival. In spectacular conditions, the sun was shining bright and the students spirits were high.

Students participated in Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly and Relay events. 

Then it was time for the highly anticipated Staff vs Students race. The students were the clear victors this time around, showcasing their skill in the pool!

Congratulations to all of our students who participated and displayed the true House Spirit in cheering on each of their Housemates throughout the day.

A BIG thank you to all of the parent volunteers who helped out, it is so appreciated and we would not be able to have such a successful day without you.

Finally, well done to Red House who took the honours as our 2023 House Swimming Champions. I look forward to presenting the Red House Captains with the shield at our next assembly.

Seaside District Swimming Carnival

Next Thursday, the 2nd of March, our top performing swimmers from the House Swimming Carnival will go on to compete at the District Swimming Carnival, held at MSAC. Good luck to all of our BRPS competitors, I know you will all do us proud. Updates to follow!
