Term 1 Art Works

Gymnastics

During Term One we have been lucky enough to host Katrina from Bayside Gymnastics Club who has been running a clinic for our grade one and two students. The kids have been loving the gymnastics sessions which have run concurrent with regular PE lessons. 

Over the last few weeks, the Year 1 students have been participating in Gymnastics. The students do various activities where they are challenged. Students are building on their stability, hand-eye coordination, and gross motor skills through various gymnastics movements. The students have been having lots of fun doing this.

Prep Responsible Pet Ownership Incursion

The preps had an incursion today. They learnt how to recognise a dangerous dog sign and tag, how to recognise the mood of a dog and important things to do and ways to behave around our pets. 

We learnt how to ask to Pat someone else’s dog.
