Student Leadership Team

Chloe School Captain: 

Hello, my name is Chloe and I am very happy to be Mackellar’s School Captain for 2023.  I am in 6A.  I hope to make everyone feel welcome and I would like to wish everyone a fantastic year!  I believe that it’s important to feel safe, supported and happy at school.  Every student has a voice and it’s super important that every voice is heard.  I am looking forward to representing student voice this year.

Siddig School Captain: 

Siddig is also Mackellar’s School Captain this year.  Siddig is in 6C and he is currently away but returning from holidays in the near future. Siddig is very excited about being our captain and he wants to make a difference to our school by generating school improvements and representing students from all grades.

Zyanya Vice Captain: 

Hello everyone at Mackellar! My name is Zyanya and I am your Vice School Captain this year.  I am in 6A. This is an exciting opportunity for me because I am a role model for students, and I also enjoy helping others. I hope that students come to me if they need assistance or have any ideas that I can share with the school community. 

Austan Vice Captain: 

Hi!  My name is Austan and I am excited to be your new Vice Captain for 2023.  I am in 6C this year and I am looking forward to leading our school and setting a positive example to other students.  Living up to all school values is important to me and I want to help make the school an even better place!

Isabella Green House Captain: 

Hello, my name is Isabella and I am the Green House Captain this year.  I am in 6A and extremely excited to be part of the leadership team as I love helping others.  I also hope that I can be a great role model at our school.  A little about me is that I love animals and own a dog.  I also love sushi!  I want to travel and explore the world.

Kevin Blue House Captain: 

Hello everyone!  My name is Kevin and I am from 6C.  From now to the end of 2023, I am thrilled to be your Blue House Captain.  I hope to experience great memories at Mackellar this year, and I really want to make people laugh and cheer people up.  I will take this role seriously and will try to do my best and live up to the school’s expectations.  Thank you for reading my profile.

Aliah Yellow House Captain: 

Hi!  My name is Aliah and I am your Yelllow House Captain and I am from 6A.  I really wanted to become a house captain because it is an opportunity for me to be a role model for younger students by always demonstrating our school values and expected behaviours.  Aside from school, I really love sport, listening to music and relaxing.

Evan Red House Captain: 

Hello everyone!  My name is Evan and I am your new Red House captain for 2023.  I am from 6A. I feel so grateful to be in this role because I am interested in sport and school events and activities.  Seeing others having fun makes me happy and I am looking forward to being an organiser of many school events for students in all grade level
