P-1 News! 

Welcome Prep students and families! We have all had a great start to Term 1. The Prep and Year One students have enjoyed getting to know each other and making new friends. We have learnt so much already and love our new Discovery Learning Area!

Birthday Celebration!

Today we celebrated our very first Prep birthday.... Aylah turned 5! Happy Birthday Aylah!

Buddy Time! 

This week the Preps and Grade 6s had their very first buddy time together for the year. Our very responsible Grade 6s showed our new Preps how to correctly unpack and pack their school bags. Once the Preps had practised this routine, it was time to be rewarded with a story. What great role models the Grade 6s were - Well done! And well done to our Preps who are mastering the school routines.

Farmer James picks fresh fruit on the farm,

Apple pies are made from apples, 

Roosters wake us up with a Cock a doodle doo, 

Milk is from the cows for the babies and children to drink.

Soccer is fun for kids,

People have to wear hats, 

Our sport is fun and hard work,

Running around makes us tired,

Trying to do our best.

My dad went to the beach, 

My mum gave me ice-cream,

Each person is surfing, 

Relaxing in the sun.
