The PFA will hold its next monthly meeting on Monday 23 May 2022 at 7.30pm in the school staff room in the Main Office Block. If any new members of the school community would like to join, please email Aban at aban2309@yahoo.com and we will very happily add you on to the distribution list.
16 APRIL - Bunnings Sausage Sizzle
The much awaited Bunnings Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser was a massive success. After a long wait of 2 years, the PFA was very excited to organise this event.
We were faced with the challenge of this event being right in the middle of term break and during the long Easter weekend. We are extremely grateful to all the volunteers who selflessly parted with their time to make this event a success and helping us to sell out on the day.
A huge thanks to all parent volunteers from the wider school community, ex-PFA committee members, friends who were willing to help and of course our own lovely committee members – each one giving it their all.
We would like to acknowledge and thank The Bakers Bun, Pines and Bakers Delight, Pines for the generous donation of bread and a great big thanks to Bunnings Doncaster for giving us this opportunity and for their donations.
2 May – EID UL FITR
A belated “Eid ul Fitr Mubarak” to the Muslim community who celebrated this festival on May 2 2022. This festival marks the end of a whole month of dawn to sunset fasting.
8 MAY – Mother's Day
Mums are priceless!! This Mother’s Day let’s not forget the love and devotion of our mothers in bringing us up and remember to make them feel special.
A very “Happy Mother’s Day” to all mums, grannies, great grannies, step mums, foster mums and those mums who are no longer with us. We hope that you are thoroughly spoilt by all your loved ones on this special day of yours. May tons of love and joy always be showered upon you to appreciate and celebrate all your selflessness and unconditional love.
21 May – Election Day Sausage Sizzle
The PFA Committee will be holding another sausage sizzle at EDSC on 21 May 2022 (Federal Election Day). We expect this event to be yet another great fundraising opportunity.
We would like to request the wider school community to come forth and volunteer their help for this event. Please forward your expression of interest via email to Aban at aban2309@yahoo.com. We will be delighted to include you in our list of volunteers.
