A special cause

A special message - throughout the month of June, we have taken it upon ourselves to participate in the push for better mental health challenge. This will see each of us complete 3139 push ups in 24 days to shine a light on the 3139 Australian lives that were lost to suicide in 2020, to help raise awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health.

We have decided to support Lifeline which is a 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention service. On average it costs lifeline $39 for each potentially lifesaving call. All donations will go directly to Lifeline to support the amazing work they do.
