Student wellbeing update from Ms Andrews

At this time in our lives, it is more important than ever to focus on implementing aspects of self-care into our days to assist us in maintaining a positive mindset despite the difficult circumstances we are in.

Our focus on student wellbeing has never been more prevalent and please don’t hesitate to reach out to us during the school term if you need support, in particular through our Online Referral Form for counsellor support (https://killara-h.schools.nsw.gov.au/counsellor-referral-forms/).

During the holidays please remember that you are not alone and refer to the linked list of external supports if you do need to reach out (https://tinyurl.com/qumjfwe).

Keep an eye on our KHS Wellbeing Instagram (@khs_wellbeing) for tips to deal with our current context and try to follow our KHS School Holiday Self-Care Challenge (https://tinyurl.com/rhjwu2v) to ensure you are having a bit of fun.

Remember that even though we are physically separated we are all in this together. Happy holidays KHS and well done for making it through our many recent challenges.
