School Assembly
Mr McClure presented the 2019 Student Representative Council (SRC) members with their badges at an Assembly held on Tuesday March 5.
Year level representatives are;
Year 4 - Levi Linto, Year 5 - Layla Linto, Junior School Captain - Madison Munn, Junior School Vice Captain - Shannon Stone
Year 7 - Josie Neall, Year 8 - Emma Robinson, Middle School Captain - Joe Cooper, Middle School Vice Captain - Jesse Batterham
Year 10 - Taffy Adams, Year 11 - Sarah-Jane Kennedy (absent from the photo above), College Captain - Ariana Smith-Ralph, College Vice Captain - Ashleigh Kouroupakis.
Parents & Friends Canteen - Friday March 15
The Parents & Friends Committee will be running their first canteen on Friday March 15. All students and staff are invited to make use of this service! Order forms were sent home with students on Friday and need to be returned by Wednesday please. There will be a limited amount available on the day, for anyone who doesn't manage to preorder.
Help us help Edenhope College students!
Edenhope College is on the look out for willing volunteers for a variety of different things. Please contact the Front Office for further information or if you are interested in helping out in something.
- The 2019 MATES Program (Mentor Assist Target Engage Skills) is about to commence and is looking for members of the community who would be interested in being a mentor to a College student this year. A very rewarding program for all involved and only requires volunteers to meet with their mate once a fortnight. A current Working with Children's Check is required.
- Reading Buddies is another very rewarding program run at Edenhope College and makes the world of difference to the young primary students who are learning to read.
If you are unable to commit to something regularly, perhaps you would consider volunteering to marshall one of the events at the Edenhope College Sports Day (April 5). Please get in touch if you are able to assist in any of these activities.able to help out!
