Ready Steady Cook

Our 2019 Senior School Ready Steady Cook competition was a great success. Each house was represented by 2 wonderful cooks who worked wonders in the kitchen.

The teams were tasked with creating 2 meals in just 1 hour. They had to use the 5 ingredients in their mystery bags and a selection of pantry items to help them complete the meals. Over the three weeks we were left with Blue and Red house in the final. After some fierce competition Nadine and Joana of Blue house were crowned champions with their dishes. Congratulations to them on their victory. I’d also like to congratulate Octave and Daniella of Red house on reaching the final and Carla, Besa, Abbey and Naya for competing in the earlier rounds.

Finally I would like to thank Ms Popovska and Ms Trajkovic for running the house event, Lena for organising all the food and Mr Mercado and his amazing Media students for getting the whole thing on camera.
