Transition Day - 13th December 

Information to support all children for Transition Day on Tuesday 13th December:

Beginning of the Day:

8:45am: Arrive @  St Joseph’s  

8:55am: 2023 New staff are welcomed and Class Reveal

9:10am: Bus departs.

2023 Foundation students, Year 1 and 2 students will travel by bus to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart School, Elmore

• Junior students will need to bring their favourite stuffed toy

2023 Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 students will travel by bus to Catherine McAuley College, Junortoun

• 2022 Grade 6 students not attending Rochester Secondary College Transition Day are most welcome to attend. There will be a separate program for them.

12.15pm: 2023 Foundation Students to be collected from OLSH Elmore

**Please arrive from 12 o'clock to avoid your child being anxious and to support our share space with OLSH

**Please collect your child via the PARKING AREA at the rear of the school- Childers Street

3.15pm: All children will return to St Joseph's by bus.

** Usual pick up routine will be in place
