Spring Fair Thank You

What an amazing event last Sunday!

After such a fantastic event you want to make sure you thank everyone for their contribution.

To begin with I'd like to thank Beth Wilson and Georgina Akkerman for their leadership of the Spring Fair Committee. They have worked so hard over the bulk of this year to coordinate a wonderful group of volunteers, ensuring the day ran with precision. I'd like to thank their families as well, for their understanding and support of Beth and Georgina.

I'd also like to thank:

Carolina Rodriguez for all of her incredible artwork. She is the creative mind behind all of our fair graphics, posters, Fete boards, the list goes on. They were striking in the local community.

Olivia Bradbury for the time and efforts coordinating the General Stalls.

Antony Campbell for sharing his expertise from previous Fairs and for his coordination of the electrical system for the day (this is a huge task).

Christina Beaumont and Kate Keenan for getting our sponsors on board, and Christina for organising the amazing Silent Auction on Galabid. I know I was a happy winner of two items.

Julia Stanford for managing the Counting House all day. Also the band of counters and money collectors throughout the day.

Andie Youren and Jill Potter for leading the teacher support.

Kate Jenkinson for making our lucky dips, and organising the Prep and Year 6 pot painting.

Kerry Haley for helping Kate and potting all of our succulents.

Jo Campbell for working with our talented kids and organising Malvern’s Got Talent.

Jeanette Davies for sharing her knowledge and expertise and her immense support to the Spring Fair Committee.

The entire Spring Fair Committee for your ongoing support of Beth and Georgina throughout the year and on the day.

Stall Coordinators for having the stalls organised and 'manned' for the day.

The entire school community for volunteering your time and getting involved.

We had to wait a long time for this Fair (four years), but it was well worth the wait - thank you again to our wonderful community.
