Take note

Art exhibition
Art enthusiasts - mark your diaries. The St Mary's College Art Exhibition is returning for 2022! The exhibition will feature a selection of works by students from Years 7-12 across a range of disciplines.
All members of our community are warmly invited to attend the opening night on Friday 11 November 6.30pm in the Year 11/12 Common Room. We hope to see you there in celebration of our fabulously talented and creative students.
Wellbeing during exams
The College wishes all Year 11 and 12 students the best of luck as they prepare for their upcoming exams, with swotvac beginning this week (an opportunity for students to revise their study material in preparation for exams). You’ve been putting in the hard work all year and the finish line is now in sight!
The lead up to exams can be a bit stressful for students and families, so you may find the following resources, linked below, handy for navigating the exam period.
Some key takeaways to help you on your way to study success:
- Plan a study timetable and daily routine.
- Take it one day at a time.
- Look after your body and mind - including eating well, staying hydrated and getting plenty of sleep.
- Reach out to your family and teachers for support.
- And remember, success in exams is not a measure of success in life.
