CURRICULUM FOCUS

In Science we are learning about animals and the products that we receive from them.

VOCABULARY

Products: another word for item or thing. An item or thing that is made from an animal. E.g. milk is a product of cows. 

ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

With your child, think of animals that you might see on a farm. With your child create a list of different items or objects that you get from these animals. Use the pictures below to help with your discussion. For example, "we get eggs from a chicken".
