🎂 The Cake Raffle is BACK! 

Tickets are 20cents each or 6 for $1. 

There is a sign up sheet for Cake Raffle volunteers at the Office desk. 

I think this term is nearly full - thank you! - so we will pop out a sign up sheet for Term 3 soon. 

The Junior Raffle is held on Wednesdays (at Assembly) and the Senior Raffle is held on Fridays (at Assembly). 

Thanks to the Kirby family for supplying Sarah’s Famous Fudge for both the Wednesday & Friday raffle. 

Last week’s raffle raised $64.

🫖☕️Thanks to the Grade 1/2 Parents who came along to our last meet & greet on Wednesday. It was great to see so many parents make it, and so nice to see connections being made. 

🥣 If you’re struggling at the moment, please don’t be embarrassed to ask for help. 

Jess Walker is our fantastic Community Support Representative. She co-ordinates support for school families through an anonymous volunteer community. Your family may be having a challenging time due to job loss, illness, injury, or financial stress. Please know that you can reach out to Jess to let her know what you need - eg. groceries essentials, some snacks for lunchboxes or a few home cooked meals. Jess reaches out to her volunteers who provide what’s needed and both parties stay anonymous to each other.

🌱Any green thumb gardeners out there? 

Marissa Mundy (Bu Mundy) would love some parent volunteers to help with the kitchen garden. 

Help us get the garden ready for winter:

• We need help with weeding and mulching (no experience needed)
• We need to prune the fruit trees (experience required)

🌭The Open Night & Art Show Opening on Thursday 27th May promise to be a HUGE event! The P&F will be running a BBQ / Sausage Sizzle on the night, and we need 4 volunteers for each 60min spot - 4-5pm, 5-6pm & 6-7pm. This way parents will still get a chance to see their children’s art and classrooms, and it’ll be an easy dinner that night 😊

The roster will be up in the office foyer from Tuesday, and if you can’t get in to school but would like to add your name, feel free to message me.
