Numeracy News

On Friday 21st August, 8 students from Years 3,4,5 and 6, grouped in two teams, visited Coatesville Primary to participate in an inter school mathematics competition. Both teams had loads of fun playing strategic games and solving problems.  In the end, Team One came home with second place medals. Although Team Two didn’t receive any medals, they did really well in the strategic games segment, getting lots of points. Team One got most of their points from the problem solving section. Even though we didn’t come first, we are happy with the final result  and proud of representing our school in this competition.
