Year 7 - Year 10 

Dear Year 7 to 10 Parents & Carers,

We are pleased to be able to invite you to face to face parent/student/teacher conferences on Thursday 24th August.

These conferences are a great opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher and to formally discuss your child’s progress at school and to also make us aware of any issues that are of interest or concern. 

 In addition to being an invaluable source of information for both parents and teachers, our conferences also reinforce to our students the importance and value of the home-school partnership in creating and ensuring a successful school experience.

We strongly recommend that students are part of this conversation as there will be no classes on this day to allow students to join their parents and teachers for the individual conference discussions.

Please find attached an information sheet with details on how to book conference times for Thursday 24th August.  Appointments will be available between 10:00am and 6:50pm on this day.

Please note that some teachers will only be available from 2pm onwards due to their attendance at the Year 11 and 12 PST Conferences held in July.

Also note that 30min break times for teachers will be between 1:00pm and 1:30pm and 4:30pm and 5:00pm. Consider not booking interviews over these times to avoid any waiting.

I encourage you to access XUNO over the coming days to secure your appointment times for Thursday 24th August. 

Bookings will close on Tuesday 22nd August at 6pm.
