Principal's News

All students attending St Louis de Montfort's Aspendale have the right to feel safe. The care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people is a fundamental responsibility of all within our school.

Good afternoon families,

Thank you for a great term and all your support and attendance to so many events we have held this term.Thank you to all the family members who came to help celebrate the students' learning on Wednesday afternoon. It was fantastic to see so many parents in the classrooms and around the school.

Thank you to all the teachers for their preparation and to Lisa and the PFA for running the sausage sizzle. It was all a great success.

Semester one reports were emailed out yesterday and if you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to get in contact with your classroom teacher.

New Administration Building

I am very excited to announce that we have employed Baxter as the builders for the new Administration and Leadership hub. It is scheduled to start on Monday 11 July. It has taken since October 2020 and many meetings to finally get to this point.I will put the plans up in the hallway of the temporary entrance to the school, so you can have a look.

Vaccination Status

We no longer need to check anyone's vaccination status. Parents, staff and contractors coming to the school cannot be asked to show their vaccination status as of tonight at 11.59pm

 Congratulations

Congratulations to all the students in Yr3-6 for their participation in our athletic carnival. The weather was very kind to us and we all managed to stay dry and warm.

Thank you to Mr Andrew for organising the event and to the staff for making the day such a success.

Congratulations to our Yr 6 girls' football team. Yesterday they were undefeated in the AFL Girls Gala Day. They now go onto division and we wish them all the very best. Thank you to Mr Andrew and Mrs Barron for supporting the girls.
