Anyone who takes music lessons at St. Augustine's can take part in an ensemble.
What is an ensemble?
Ensemble is the chance to make music in a group. Students learn songs in lessons so they are ready to rehearse together in ensemble. The ensembles will be working to perform in St. Augustine's events, including Christmas.
Ensembles are not the same as lessons - they're not the place to learnthe material. Instead, this is the time to build really good listening and reading skills as a group.
Ensemble info
There are two ensembles you can join:
The rehearsals will be at Tuesday lunchtime (11-11:45 am) in the Music Building (where lessons are), across from Front Reception.
There is no cost for participating in these ensembles, so it's a great chance to get involved!
