Performing Arts

This Semester has been full of creativity and exploration. We were lucky enough to have almost 150 students participate in a free dance incursion “Supercharged” part of the positive start initiative. 

We also had a visit from Alpha Shows actors and their show of Sleeping Beauty. The students and staff were so impressed with the performances and we can’t wait to have them back next year! 

The Preps are working on puppet play and song and dance. The Grade 1/2’s are working on drama games, music theory and mime.The 3-6 classes had a drama focused semester with term one centred around improvisational acting and term 2 creating plays in groups.
