Secondary 11/12

Team Leader's Message

Team Leader’s Message

As the 2018 school year comes to a close, I couldn’t be any prouder of the Secondary 11/12 students and staff.  I have seen all the students mature, develop independence and improve their employability skills across various contexts.  Year 12s and many Year 11 students have successfully completed Structured Workplace Learning placements in the wider community, completing all the OH&S requirements.

The Year 12 students will be transitioning into pathways that include: employment services, transition to employment programs, Tafe and other further study options, disability support agencies, and many students are linked with individualised support programs through the NDIS.

I wish to thank all the Concord School staff, external trainers and community organisations that have supported our students in becoming the best they can be.

Congratulations to our winners for the past fortnight, Jessica D and Ted, who both selected to have a fish and chip lunch.
